What do you do/job role at Venture 1?

What attracted you to working at Venture 1?
My first impression was from the interview process. The questions they asked showed they are really concerned about employee welfare and happiness. I believe that will also help with relationship bonding.
What sort of things do you do day-to-day at Venture 1?
I am a technical consultant who provides IT related services to clients, typically cloud transformation projects, architecting solutions, migration projects and managed services.
What’s your favourite thing about working at Venture 1?
EQUALITY. I know it’s a very common word which every company has in their slogan but how many companies follow it religiously is the question. I am experiencing it practically with Venture 1. I have never seen any hierarchy enforced in the company. Starting from CEO to apprentices, everyone is treated equally, we work together as a team with one motive - to provide excellent service to our clients, who trust us.
Venture 1 follows the values they pledge: “Decent, Honest, Respectful, Sustainable” and I feel happy to be a part of it.
If you could invite anyone round for dinner, who would it be?
Sachin Tendulkar, a legend in Cricket.
