Bridging The Digital Divide: January 2023 Update

Our recent donation drive has been a resounding success, with overwhelming support from our Workspace Neighbours in Vox Studios.

The drive was launched at China Works in June 2022, and since then, we have received numerous donations from individuals, organizations, and corporations. We have been humbled by the generosity and kindness of our neighbours, and it has truly inspired us to continue our work in bridging the digital divide in South London.

To date our environmental impact stands as 248kg of e-waste diverted from landfill and a whopping 6173kg of CO2e emissions avoided by preventing primary material use (building new electrical equipment)

In addition to this our community impact includes donations of refurbished tech to several local charities including LEAP (Lambeth Early Action Partnership), The A.T Beacon Project and Thames Reach.

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has supported our donation drive. Your contributions have helped to bring us closer to bridging the digital divide in South London. We will continue to work with our charity partner Community Tech Aid to make a positive impact and we look forward to your continued support.
