Continuing with our 'Spotlight On' stories about a member of our team, this month it's the turn of Siva Sivasandrarajah.
What's your role at Venture 1?
I'm a Senior Microsoft Consultant.
What attracted you to working at Venture 1?
I was attracted by the company ethos and values and their explanation of the role I would be filling, as I was looking for something dynamic that would provide plenty of room for growth. Additionally, the way they presented the company’s culture sounded like a place I could fit in nicely as a key individual.
What sort of things do you do day-to-day at Venture 1?
I am a consultant at Venture 1 whose main responsibilities revolve around providing consultancy on the Microsoft Technology stack, advising on and deploying different types of Microsoft offerings and solutions for enterprise organisations both in the private and public sector.
A typical day is varied for me as it depends on the types of projects I’m working on. It could be anything from drafting proposals or design documentation to deploying the proposed design and assisting clients with any immediate issues.
What’s your favourite thing about working at Venture 1?
The people are definitely what makes Venture 1 such an exciting place to work in, especially the culture that they foster, as it allows you to grow as a person. The challenges that the role brings allow for my own skills to improve further.
