Continuing with our monthly 'Spotlight On' story about a member of our team, this month it's the turn of Consultant, Krishnakumar Mohan and his thoughts 18 months since joining the Venture 1 Team.
Looking back at your time spent at Venture 1, what have been your best highlights so far?
There have been lot of good moments. I've enjoyed every team outing, have built a good relationship with fellow team mates and clients. I have a comfortable feeling of being in a family sharing each other’s challenges, successes, hobbies, passions etc.
What new skills have you learnt?
Even though I am a Microsoft product specialist, I've had the chance to work upon storage migration projects, learnt other third party migration tools like Quest On Demand and BitTitan, and attained certified accreditations. For my non-technical skills, I would say I have improved myself project management and product presales.
How would you describe Venture 1 to someone?
If they need a balanced lifestyle and the comfort of a family then Venture 1 would be the right place.
What are your most looking forward to about the year ahead?
I'm very interested in seeing how Microsoft Copilot works effectively for businesses and how Artificial Intelligence will be controlled / managed in alignment with security standards and organisational policies.
